Our workLandscape Installation
What you get from us.
A plan is only as good as the crew that puts it in the ground.
Our install crew builds from the drawing the two owner-designers made for your lot.
We start below the surface: old plants out, grades set, soil prepared.
Then palms, trees, shrubs and groundcovers go in at the spacing the plan calls for.
Pavers, stone, sod, mulch, lighting and irrigation follow in order, built by one company.
A dedicated project manager runs the job from start to finish.
We source premium materials and keep the site clean while we work.
What is included
The scope, spelled out.
Soil preparation and planting
Beds are cleared, graded and prepared before a single plant goes in the ground.
Palms, trees and shrubs
Each one is set with room for its mature size, then watered in.
Pavers and natural stone
Patios, paths and borders are built in the same job as the planting.
Grading, sod and mulch
Final grades are set, sod is laid tight and beds are mulched.
Lighting and irrigation
Wire and pipe go in before the mulch, so finished beds are not dug up later.
Landscape remodels
Tired, overgrown yards are torn out and replanted with material that suits the site.
Our work
Our workBrevard County conditions
Planted for zone 10a.
Rockledge is in USDA hardiness zone 10a, the 30 to 35 degree band, in the 2023 map data.
That decides the palms: UF/IFAS rates pygmy date palm cold hardy to zone 10A, about 30 degrees.
UF/IFAS says foxtail palm survives best above 30 degrees and coconut belongs only in zones 10B to 11.
Within about an eighth of a mile of salt water, UF/IFAS advises plants with some salt tolerance.
For new planting, the St. Johns River Water Management District allows a 60-day establishment period.

Often done with
How often can I water new plants in Brevard?
The regional water district allows new landscape watering any day for the first 30 days.
Then every other day for the next 30. Check sjrwmd.com for current water-shortage orders.
Will coconut palms grow in Rockledge?
UF/IFAS says to plant coconut palms only in zones 10B to 11.
Rockledge is zone 10a, so we steer you to hardier palms.
Do you remove the old landscaping first?
Yes. A landscape remodel starts with a tear-out. Healthy plants in the right spot stay in the plan.
How do I get an installation on the schedule?
