In daylight saving time, odd-numbered homes water Wednesday and Saturday, even-numbered Thursday and Sunday.
In standard time it drops to one day: Saturday for odd addresses, Sunday for even.
No watering from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and no more than 3/4 inch or one hour per zone.
