About 16 minutes from our office
Landscape Design & Installation in Viera, FL
New homes, reviewed plans.
Viera is the newest housing we work in.
Most neighborhoods want association approval before a shovel goes in.
Our workLandscaping in Viera
Sixteen minutes by Murrell Road.
Viera is about 16 minutes from our office, and the route never touches I-95.
We go US-1, Gus Hipp Boulevard, Murrell Road, then Viera Boulevard and Lake Andrew Drive.
The Viera Company began building this master-planned community in 1990.
Homes are the newest we see: the typical one dates to 2012 in Viera West and 2000 in Viera East.
Viera is unincorporated, so Brevard County rules apply along with those of each association.
We have built in Heritage Isle: planting beds around screened lanais, plus trellises.
One Heritage Isle yard centers on pygmy date palms set in a circle of gravel.

What Viera yards ask for.
A Viera yard is young, and in most neighborhoods any change to it needs approval first.
Approval before planting
Central Viera says most neighborhoods need approval for any exterior change, landscaping included.
Allow a month for review
The association says review may take up to a month. Its committee meets the first Wednesday.
Plant for mature size
Florida-Friendly guidance says to weigh mature plant size. On a 2012 lot that shapes every bed.
Sixty days to root in
The water district lets new landscaping be watered daily for 30 days, then every other day for 30.
Services in Viera
What we do in Viera.
All eight services, with the same two designers on every project.
01Landscape Design
Plans drawn clearly enough to hand straight to your Viera review committee.
02Landscape Installation
The build starts once your association approves the plan, not before.
03Sod Installation
New Viera sod laid tight in a staggered pattern, with no fertilizer for the first 30 days.
04Irrigation & Sprinklers
New beds get their own zones, since shrubs and builder turf want different water.
05Landscape Lighting
Soft lighting for lanai beds, pygmy date palms and trellises, kept off the neighbors.
06Mulch & Beds
Gravel circles and mulch beds, like the palm planting we built in Heritage Isle.
07Retaining Walls
Trellises, low bed walls and stone borders sized for a Viera side yard.
08Spring & Fall Cleanups
Beds weeded, edges recut and shrubs kept below the lanai screen line.
